The Ottawa Sting Minor Hockey Association is hosting a timekeeper/scorekeeper clinic on Sunday, October 4th from 1:00pm-5:00pm at Ellwood Hall in the Jim Durrell complex.  The cost is $12/person and is open to anyone 14 and over.  Sting members will not need to pay at the door, their portion will be billed directly to their team.

It is mandated by the AA/A league that all time keepers be certified. Therefore, this workshop is mandatory for all scorekeepers in the AA/A league but only needs to be done once.

We request that each team has a minimum of 3 certified timekeepers. However it is recommended that you have 4 people certified to ensure that you are covered at all your home games. There is no maximum amount of people/team. The course will go over the score sheet covering multiple penalty situations, what happens when a goal is scored etc. It will not actually include clock practice as each rink has a different clock.
