The Ottawa Sting Minor Hockey Association is now accepting Head Coach applications for the 2026–2027 season for U10A, U11A, and U11AA to U16AA. We are looking for positive, committed volunteers who are passionate about player development and creating a supportive team environment.

Coaches are essential to the success of our program, and we welcome applications from returning coaches, new volunteers, and community members interested in contributing to youth hockey.

We thank all applicants for their interest. Some applicants will be contacted for interviews as part of the selection process. References may also be contacted.
 
Application Deadline: Monday, February 16, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
Late applications may be considered only if positions remain unfilled.
 
Coaching Requirements
All selected coaches must meet Hockey Eastern Ontario (HEO) certification and screening requirements, including:

• Respect in Sport – Activity Leader
• Gender Identity & Expression training
• Police Vulnerable Sector Check
• Appropriate NCCP coaching qualifications for the age category
