It's that time of year again...  you get to file your income taxes and complete your coaching evaluation form.

Each family is requested to evaluate their Ottawa Sting team's coaching staff. This is your opportunity to share your thoughts/opinions regarding your team officials with the Ottawa Sting Director of Coaching, Fernando D'Orazio. Please take a few minutes to do so. 

Please complete the Coach Evaluation Form (excel or PDF) and, once you're done, you have a few options for how to return it. You can email it to coaching@ottawasting.com, mail it (address is on the form) or, you can leave in the mail slot for the Director of Coaching at the canteen at Kilrea Arena.

All forms are requested by March 15, 2010. Your feedback is important.
