Annual General Meeting

All members of the Ottawa Sting Minor Hockey Association (OSMHA) are invited to attended the OSMHA's Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on Monday, 12 May  2008, beginning at 7:00 p.m.in the Ellwood Hall of the Jim Durrell Recreation Complex at 1256 Walkley Road, Ottawa, ON K1V 6P9. To encourage a good turnout,  the OSMHA will offer one (1) free tryout registration for every five (5) members in attendance - to a maximum of ten (10) free tryout registrations. Hope to see you there.

Elections for positions on Executive

Executive positions up for re-election are:
Equipment Manager 1
VP Administration
Ice Scheduler 1
Risk and Safety Director
Secretary

There will also be 2 member at large positions (non-voting positions).

A sign-up sheet will be available at the door for those intending to run for a position. Any person interested in applying for an open position on the executive committee is requested to sign-up upon arrival. Should there be two or more candidates interested in the same position a secret ballet vote will take place. Descriptions of the responsibilities are found in the Constitution.

All parents/guardians of OSMHA players are members of the OSMHA.
