2009-10 Annual General Meeting

Ellwood Hall at Jim Durrell Recreation Complex

All members of the Ottawa Sting Minor Hockey Association (OSMHA) are invited to attended the OSMHA's Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on Wednesday, 26 May 2010, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Ellwood Hall of the Jim Durrell Recreation Complex at 1256 Walkley Road, Ottawa, ON K1V 6P9.

To encourage a good turnout, the OSMHA will offer one (1) free tryout registration for every five (5) members in attendance - to a maximum of ten (10) free tryout registrations.

In advance of the meeting, please review below the Executive positions that are vacant and consider getting involved with your Sting Executive.

Positions on the executive:

Any member in good standing wishing to run for election to any of the vacant, or up for re-election, positions is required to file, in writing, a notice of his/her intention to seek election to a specific office on the Executive at the AGM. Written notification must be received no later than eight (8) days prior to the AGM and should be sent to the Ottawa Sting Secretary at secretary@ottawasting.com.

If you don't feel you could take on a full position but would like to get involved, speak to a member of the Executive about how you might help out with workloads at busy times or on a particular project.
